Spartakus USSR~1936

Anybody knows more about this "Spartakus" sailplane, (if) build in Russia in about 1936, when small span sailplanes were in fashion?

This drawing is from an old Yugoslav book: Vazduhoplovno jedrilicarstvo ("Soaring") on the page 458, where is written (my rough translation):

In the year 1936, Hutter brothers in Austria continues with realisation of small span sailplane idea. In Polland is also an hi performance short span sailplane under construction from ing. Stepniewski and Tarezynski -TS- 1/34. In Russia, a sailplane Spartakus goes allso on the road of small wingspan (12m) (Drawing 359)

The Spartakus-1 flew in 1935.
Some informations in "Entziklopediia Planery Rossii" by Krasylchikov (Polygon Press, 2005).
