A new Harbinger in Spain

Dear all,
First of all sorry for not speaking French...
Well, the subjet says it all, I'm starting to build a Harbinger. It will take a time, since I do not have too many free time, but I'll finish it some day. I'm in love of this plane.
For the moment I have already cutted out the fuselage formers and the first doubt arrived: on the building manual it is said that the front part of the fuse must be built upside down, over a 15mm template that simulates the cockpit surface... well, is there any template of that piece? on the plan I cannot find it.
Any clue will be highly appreciate.

Well, I was about to start glueing today but I have discovered that some of the fuselage formers are a lttle bit twisted ...so when putting all together on the "quille" they are not straight. Any hint to make them flat again? Maybe with water and some heavy charge over them until they get dry? I never face this problem before....

The "quille" must be straight on the table, but let the formers twisted, you can't rectify them... verify and align the formers when you will glueing the spars

Lo que pasa dany es que estoy construyendo a la misma vez un mg9
un k3 y un doopy y el ala szd 6 nietorpetz aparte de construir los modelos en los que compito en mi pais
aparte ser padre esposo dormir comer jugar con mi nena no me queda tiempo para este modelo lo que no significa que no tenga el plano de ese y unos cuantos modelos mas del foro que te parece un abrazo gus

Here you have my today's progress.... do not think I'm going to take pictures of every single piece of wood cutted, it is just because it seems that we are loosing the thread of this post
As I advise you at the beginning, it is going to be a very slooooow building, because.



1.I do not have a CNC machine, so I have to cut all the pieces by hand.
2.Not too much time to build.
3.Two kids at home.
But do not worry I think I'll be maiden it on Retroplane 2015

I'm planning to finish cutting all the formers of the rear part of the fuselage (if I'm lucky), as well as the quille.
But I have one question:
On the formers there is a part on bottom that must be removed (is for allignment) after the fuselage is finished (and before covering it), and I think it must be pre cutted in some way because if not, it will be difficult after all is glued. See attached sketch


Am I right? Or do you have any other suggestion?
